Chance was very professional and knowledgeable about the home buying process. She worked really closely with me and my husband and understood what he wanted and needed in a home. I know her personally and professionally and there is no better real estate agent than her! Even though we had a few obstacles along the way (which was not her fault) she encouraged me that everything would be ok and work out and it did!! I am very proud to say that I now own my own home with 42 beautiful acres because she never gave up on us!! I would highly recommend herover anyone else.Thanks Chance you are the best!!

Me and my wife looked for a house for over two years with no luck. Aftertalkin to Chance she found us the house and land wewas lookin for if itwasnt for Chancei was about to give up and just stay inhouse that wasto small for our family. Chance is the one to get if you ever need anythinghome land etc. she worked with me on getting me in a home give it her all. always 100% in any way she was there for me.. day or night. And not only did she make me feel like part of her family she still does today. She's caring loving and themost sweetest person you'll ever meet. She didn't have to do what she did for me she could have moved on but she didn't she stuck with me to the end. And what I love about her she's not all about money like most. I didn't have a lot of money to spend as I was on a budget and she still was there. And still checks on me all the time and I have loved her from the first time I met her. she's just that kind of person you will fall in love with her because she has a true heart!! and cares about people. if it not been for her I would still be stuck in my little apartment. We had the best experience with purchasing our first home. Chance made our home buying process so easy even with some bumps on our end. We let her know the price range that we were comfortable with, and she handled everything else from there. A little over a month and we were FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS!!!
